Who we are

We are a small family business based in the Megalong, in the Blue Mountains.

Sofia is originally from Sweden and grew up with the bastu as a natural part of everyday life. For her, bastu (which is the Swedish sauna) is a big part in general health. It is something that she believes should be accessible and easy to access for our local community and for the extended sauna community in Australia. She is passionate about authentic health, self‑compassion, and creating space where each person can feel what is best for their own body.

Ash was born and raised in the Blue Mountains. With hands that can build and a heart deeply rooted in nature, he constructs mobile saunas that invite stillness, community, and connection with the outdoors. Both his and Sofia’s relationship with nature permeates everything we do — from design to site selection.

Our goal is simple: to bring our mobile Sauna/Bastu to both beautiful and accessible places to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, each other, and nature.

We want to make the Sauna/Bastu experience accessible, warm, and inclusive — a place for reflection, recovery, and connection.
